“Mudskipper II” is an exceptionally rare example of the highly regarded Beneteau Oceanis 300, designed by Groupe Finot and based on the proven Figaro One Design racing hull. What truly sets this yacht apart is her unique twin hydraulic lifting keel configuration — one of only two examples imported to the UK. The hydraulically operated cast iron swing keels reduce her draft from 2.1m to an impressive 0.75m, allowing access to shallow creeks, drying harbours and secluded anchorages inaccessible to most yachts of this size. Twin rudders ensure excellent control under sail, while the ability to dry out upright on mud or sand opens up an entirely different style of cruising.
